These terms apply to your use of the Advanced Collision Experts (ACE) website at acephx.com and your requests through our online forms and business messaging channels. Using the website does not replace a separate written service agreement.

Website use

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not submit someone else’s private information without permission, upload malicious files, or interfere with the website or other users.

Estimates and service authorization

An online estimate request is a request for review, not a repair authorization, confirmed appointment, insurance approval, or agreement to pay. Photo-based estimates are preliminary and may change after inspection, disassembly, or discovery of additional damage.

Repair work, transportation, vehicle storage, rentals, paid reports and other services may require separate agreements, authorizations and payment terms. Confirm scope, pricing and any fees before authorizing a service. These website terms do not replace those agreements.

Property damage assistance

ACE helps review property damage claims and coordinate services. Scottsdale is an office and processing center; Glendale handles inspections, temporary vehicle hold and processing. Repairs are performed by independent network repair shops.

Website information is general information, not legal or medical advice. ACE is not a law firm. Insurance coverage, claim eligibility, repair timing and settlement outcomes depend on the circumstances; no particular recovery, insurer payment or result is guaranteed.

Contact and business messaging

When you ask ACE to contact you, we may respond through your requested channel about your inquiry, estimate, claim or service. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in promotional messaging. Any optional marketing or referral consent is separate from your estimate request and is not a condition of receiving an estimate.

If you opt in to an ACE text-message program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance where those commands are supported, or contact ACE using the details below. Carrier delivery and messaging availability are not guaranteed. You can also ask ACE to stop optional messages through your existing conversation.

Arizona estimate requests are reviewed during office hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Arizona time. Submitting outside those hours does not guarantee an immediate response. Do not use website forms or business messages for emergencies; call 911 for immediate danger.

Third-party resources

Links to insurers, repair shops, towing providers, community organizations and other businesses are provided as resources. Those providers have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and pricing. A listing does not make every provider an ACE facility or authorize ACE to share your information without an applicable service purpose or consent.

Website content and availability

ACE content and branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may use website information for your personal claim review. We aim to keep information accurate, but website content may contain errors or become outdated; confirm important details directly with ACE.

The website is provided as available. Online tools and messaging can be interrupted or unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite a separate signed service agreement.
