Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
This policy explains how Advanced Collision Experts (ACE) handles information collected through acephx.com, online requests and ACE business communications. Other businesses and linked websites have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, contact details, preferred contact method, vehicle details, accident and claim information, damage descriptions, photos and documents. Other forms collect the information shown on that form, such as volunteer or scholarship application details.
Estimate forms may ask whether an injury occurred and whether you have an attorney. These questions do not ask for medical details. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers or information that is not needed for your request.
Our website and service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information, page visits, referral information and request logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, review vehicle damage and claims, coordinate authorized services, maintain records in the ACE Client Hub (Portal), communicate about your request, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.
Information from an online estimate request, including photos and relevant consent records, is forwarded to the Portal for staff review. A local backup may be retained to support reliable delivery and avoid losing an intake when a connection fails.
Cookies, storage and advertising
The website uses cookies and browser storage for functions such as request attribution and permitted measurement. Advertising attribution may include GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, UTM campaign fields, the landing page and arrival time. Original attribution is retained in browser storage for up to 30 days and may accompany a submitted request.
Google Tag Manager and Google advertising tools may measure permitted page activity, actual phone-link clicks and successfully saved requests. Measurement is subject to the site’s consent and regional checks. Global Privacy Control is used to suppress advertising attribution and conversion measurement. These checks are not a claim that every external service uses the same settings.
You can manage or clear cookies and local storage in your browser and use available privacy controls. Restricting storage may affect attribution and some website functions. Third-party content, such as Google Maps, may process information under the provider’s own policy.
When information is shared
Information may be processed by providers that help host the website, store documents, operate the Portal, deliver communications, process payments or maintain services. Relevant information may be shared with insurers, independent repair shops or other providers as needed for services you request or authorize. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
An optional request for ACE follow-up about attorney resources authorizes ACE to contact you only. It does not authorize sending your details to an attorney. Any attorney sharing requires your separate informed consent; represented clients are not automatically redirected or referred.
Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that deliver communications on ACE’s behalf may process these records for that service, not for their independent marketing.
Communication choices
Providing contact details for a service request is not blanket consent to promotional messages. Optional consent is separate from the estimate request. You can withdraw optional follow-up consent by contacting ACE.
For text-message programs you have opted into, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance where supported, or contact ACE directly. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Ask ACE to stop optional email or business messages through the contact details below. Necessary service communications and legally required records may still be handled as permitted by law.
Retention and security
We retain service and inquiry records as needed to respond to your request, provide services, resolve disputes and satisfy legal, insurance and accounting requirements. The 30-day browser attribution period is not the retention period for submitted claim or customer records.
We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through forms or messages.
Your privacy requests
You can ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw optional consent by contacting ACE. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where necessary or legally required. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live; contact us to exercise applicable rights.
The website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact ACE so we can review the request.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and effective date. Check this page for the policy that applies to current website use.
